It’s before returning after a year… Choi Seong-geun twists his knee and tears → Replaces the stretcher

Choi Seong-geun, who made a comeback as a starter after a year or so, was injured in just 17 minutes.

Choi Seong-geun started the match against Suwon Samsung and Gangwon FC in the 5th round of Hana 1 Q K League 1 2023 held at Suwon World Cup Stadium on the 2nd.

Choi Seong-geun suffered a knee injury during the 4th round match against Seongnam on March 5 last season and was out for the season. He prepared for his comeback for over a year, and after a year and a month, he had a comeback match.

Prior to the game, coach Lee Byeong-geun said of Choi Seong-geun’s participation, “I am not 100% in physical condition, but I am thinking of competing with Lee Jong-seong. They are demanding it. We are also aiming for a synergistic effect with Ko Seung-beom.”

He continued, “It’s the first game of the season, and I think I’m going to lose my senses because of the long hiatus, but I saw a good performance during the practice game, so I chose it as a starter.”

However, Choi Seong-geun’s game did not last long. Choi Seong-keun twisted his left knee while defending Gallego in the 17th minute of the first half. He immediately collapsed and was in so much pain that he couldn’t even lift his head. 메이저놀이터

Park Dae-won, who first checked Choi Seong-geun’s condition, sent a sign saying no to the bench, and medical staff were sent in to check the condition again. Choi Seong-geun was eventually carried off the field on a stretcher and shed tears.

Choi Seong-geun fortunately came out to the bench and walked directly into the tunnel, but he could not raise his head. His expression was full of regret for ruining his comeback after a year or so due to another injury.
